Guppy Floating Sideways

hi my female guppy is at the top of the tank floating sideways and I just noticed her tail looks shredded what could this be?
nothing new added to the tank in ages water parameters all normal. Tankmates are all community fish: guppys, mollys, platys, 3 gourami, neons, corys and 3 adf's. I also have some RCS and apple snails in the tank so need a treatment that would be suitable for use with these all help much apreciated thanks.

I think it is just hard to respond to this question, if the fish is already sideways. If you don't have a hospital tank to isolate her then do a 50% water change every couple of days. You could add pimafix, but water changes first. Watch for aggression and separate. Sometimes when a fish is dying the others then start nipping at it. Good luck.

she died still not sure what was wrong with her as everyone else seems normal
