Guppy Fin Rot?...not Sure :s

Heres hoping that someone can help!!!

Basically we got 6 male guppies 2 weeks ago...all was fine...apart from the fact that 2 of them I noticed had a slighly 'ragged' tail...

Today, one of the guppies tail looks shredded and very pale...

Water quality is good as amonia and nitrites etc all 0..we did a water change 3 days ago etc...

i have qauranteed the fish and have a feeling that my other guppy is getting it too

Once guppys start to lose half of there tail fin they usually don't make it.
