Guppy Behaving Strangely

I posted this in "chat", and was advised to ask here also...

One of my female guppies has started to hang around the outside of the filter, the "strainer"bit, not where the fresh water comes out, she's been doing it for the last couple of days.
Anyone got any ideas why? Water stats are normal, and she's the only one doing it. When I turned the filter off during a water change this morning, she swam off normally, and she's eating fine.
Only thing I could think of, she is very pregnant, so unless she wants the fry to swim inside the filter? (juwel internal)??

mine do thid sometimes when they are about to have fry, i also have a juwel, have you got places to hide for her?
if shes eating ok abd swimming normal i would not worry.

She was acting ok last night, but found her dead this morning. I also had another pregnant guppy die a couple of weeks ago. Water stats are fine, not sure whats going on in my tank

did her breathing seem normal, did her anus seem inflamed, any visible signs or abnormalities eve nthe slightest thing

Maybe the fish were giving birth and a fry got stuck, and she was staying around the filter so she does not have to swim as much?
