Anyone have experiences with a male guppy being aggressive only to other male guppies while leaving other species (neon tetras, cory cats) alone? Or vice versa

It depends what you mean by aggressive. They're not an aggressive species IMO but they can chase others endlessly and dance/ dart to assert dominance, which of course they don't need to do with fish outside of their species.
Other fish species do this as well. Some fish considered as really good community fish can be "aggressive" but only within their species which is what makes those fish community fish
That's true but as of now, females are out of the question as I don't think I can handle babies yet lol. But good to know that the aggression will stay within the guppies only.As well, if it's a male only group, there will be sexual aggression within the species. They are wired to breed.
