guppies tail has split

my largets blue male guppies tial has split right down the middle is this normal what can i do?

What size tank is he in and what other fish is he with?
If he is a long tailed fanc guppy, i have heard this is quite a common trait in them and usually occurs when they are in large tanks(20gal+) or the filter flow is too strong for them.
I used to have a long tailed guppy who had this same problem- just use some melafix on him and move him to a smaller tank if posible or turn down the filter current a bit.

I had it if my guppys it clears up in good water quality so wouldn't worry about it.
