well i just put 1 blue ram in my tank ( I think its a female ram )

i have 15 neons, and 3 guppies ( 1 male 2 female ) plus a cory, 4 WCMM, 1 bumblebee goby and 1 shrimp

I've not seen any problem with them yet Apart from the male guppy trying to hit on the ram

If you need dither fish, then it depends on whether or not your fish is skittish. If it is, then you might want to go for the more slower fish-- guppies.

I guess that's a matter of personal preference... I did have 5 neons in with my rams and was very happy with them, but I think guppies are pretty too...

ill probably go with the neons ..is 2 rams and 5 neons in a 12g a fully stocked tank? becuase i was wondering if i could get a scavenger or something

I would not get another bottom dweller (if that's the kind of scavenger you're looking for). You could fit in another couple of neons in a 12g, but I wouldn't put in another bottom dweller like the rams b/c if the rams spawn, there's a good chance that any "invader" could get injured or even killed.

I tend to think about all the factors, so I would pick guppies not just for the ability to pick many more color varations than neons, but also for a very important factor....fry=yummy :p

man i just say some upside down cats and..well...maybe? ...can i?

if not its with neons ..guppies are to much of a surface fish for me

I would stay away from USDs. They are bottom dwellers like cories and if the rams should spawn, that's just asking for trouble. Not to mention, USDs can get to about 4" each.
