OK My tank stats are on my website is the 29 gallon http

Both of my guppies just sit at the top all day long and dont do much, they still eat but don't do anything else. All the other fish are fine and yes I am getting more rasboras. However the male's belly is swelled and is not striaght but rather has a huge dip in it in the middle, is this constipation and he needs more veggie mater. Anybody know what is wrong with my guppies. Thanks
