Guppies Not Hardy?

So far in my new tank I have had two deaths. Both guppies. The rest of my fish are danios and tetras. Water tests indicate everything is fine. The first one to die didn't look good from the start. The second acted normal until he started hiding before he died. Are guppies just not hardy? The other two in the tank are acting fine.

Guppies used to be hardy but like neons have become less hardy due to overbreeding if you are looking for hardy fish try silver doollars or zebra danios hope this helps

Yeah I got some of the zebras now. Do silver dollars do ok in a community tank with smaller fish? The ones I saw were bigger than most community fish.

Generally yes, they would be fine
