Guppies Bothering Platy

2 of my Guppy's (both Male) are really going after and trying to mate with one of my female Platy's.

They have barged her so much that the look to have injured her.

I don't have any female guppy's in the tank (as I didn't want any baby guppies) so are the males just going for "anything female".

Is it common for male guppy's to try and breed with female platy's?

why is it only one of the platy's that they are going for?

guppies will try breed with anything, although it won't result in fry, add more plants and hiding places for her

I have two male guppies as well and there always going after my two females in the tank. For a while I seperated them because my females were getting pretty stressed. I added more plants and they have calmed down a little
