Guppies Attacking My Platies!

Hi guys, i introduced 2 platies into my tank yesterday, and my 3 guppies are constantly attacking them, especially the female platy. What could be the reasons for this, i even put the guppies in a bag floating in the tank over night to keep them seperated to allowe the palaties time to settle in, however as soon as i let them back in the tank this morning they began to attack my platies.


Why are they doing this?

when i had mollies my guppies chased the more colourful ones, its terratorial. How big is the tank? any plants or hiding places? Also dividing the tank up into terretories will help
