guppies and mollies

Hello~
I have guppies and mollies. One of them had babies only 5----how many fry does they put out? I am not sure if they are Guppies or Mollie fry. I think they are Mollies but not sure. I hope someone can help me out.

First of all, Welcome to the forum!

Livebearers can have anywhere from about 10-50 fry, even more if they are Mollies.

Molly fry usually look shorter and fatter, while Guppy fry are long and slender looking. But it might be hard to tell until they grow up a little.

Hi,

Its weird but I am in the exsact situation as u with the exsact same fish lol! I think mine are guppies even tho i can only see around 4 ..

I havn't separated them I am just praying that they live!
