Guppies And Angels?

Hello all,

I have just got back from being away for a few weeks and my guppies have been growing nicely an are ready for me to give them to a friend who wanted them. The onlything he has been out while i am away and got to angelfish. I don think they are campatible with guppies.

Anyone confirm weather my suspisions are correct pls?

An Angel, especially once it's matured, will nip and kill guppies. They're not compatible.

depends on the size of the angels. are they still babies (small?)

if so you could add the guppies and they may learn to live together, if the angels grow up with the guppies they will not see them as a source of food?

i have managed to do that with angels and neons, so far so good! the fish are well fed but have never once turned on the neons, yet
im not saying they wont be eaten, but there is a chance all will be well. i know many people who keep incompatible fish that have grown up with each other and never got eaten....


the question is, are you willing to chance it?
