Was watching telly last night and when i had guppy fry i gave what i thought were all my males to my lfs so when i saw something tiny moving went to investigate and i have 3 very tiny but healthy fry ! not sure how old they are but are eating.. should i in theory cull these ?? i found the male but he is a tiny fella! got him out and put him in the community, i have space for them but am worried about the inbreeding aspect, i got some babies off another member so am hoping they were not related !
Was a bit worried and shocked but sooo pleased to have fry again, its been a few months ! they are all doing well in a breeding net with some 2 weeks old dalmation mollies rescued from my lfs !

Aww, congrats on the fry!

Nope, you don't need to cull them. All Guppies are somewhat inbred. Your fry should be fine. Unless you see any deformities, or anything, no need to do anything with them.

Best of luck with them!

no they are a bit small but fine ! one of them has a little yellow tail already ! not sure which female it was - none of them are fully grown.. feel a bit guilty she has had them so young! is it damaging to mum??

Nope. Female Guppies will have babies long before they are full grown. No need to worry about it. :)

It is also possible that the male in the tank isn't the father. They can have up to 6 batches from 1 mating.
