GSP in 20G?

could a GSP be started out in a 20G? i got one fromt he LFS yesterday who was in FW there so he is still in it now, but i got a new tank today and considered converting it to Brackish, he would possibly in it up to 2.5-3.5" and then i would liek to look into a 35G Hexagon to convert to SW eventually.... but just curious bout 20G so i know how to arrange my situation

Yes it could start out in a 20 gallon as long as it is cycled. Add marine salt slowly, juveniles should be kept at about SG 1.005. He would grow closer to 5-6". I don't have any SW experience but I heard hexagon shaped tanks are not a good choice because of light requirements and surface area.
