Grumpy Guppy

One of my female guppies has laid claim to a 3" square territory in my tank & constantly patrols it.
It isn't a heavily planted area & is close to the front of the tank.
She is very fat, but not squared off yet, & every time one of the others invades her space she chases them off.
I'm sure she has a few days to go, but she's definitely very grumpy, I'll be keeping a close eye on her

That's exaclty what one of mine did when pregnant. Nipped at everyone approaching her area, and that was the most undecorated part of the tank.
But I used to drop algea tablets for the pleco at the same spot, therefore I think she was guarding the area hoping for more food to drop, as she seemed to be constantly starving near giving birth
