Hey my Female guppy fish recently had her fry and was looking very tired and stuff now she has white spot  i have carbon filter media and no hospitol tank what can i do that wont mess up my cycle and stuff??

How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonnia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Whitespot looks like the fish has been sprinkled in salt.
You will have to treat the whole tanks so don't move the fish.
Raise temp to 30 once you have added the whitespot med.
Read instructions carefully that you can use full dose with the fish you keep.
Increase aeration in the tank as med and high temp reduce 02 in the water.
Remove black carbon from the filter if you use it.

If fry are in the tank you can only go in with half dose with the whitespot med.

it was since she gave birth she got stressed n got white spot this normal sometimes?
water parametres are fine.
3 mollies 5 guppy 1 tetra and ye the fry are in it too, 60 litre tank,

so i have to buy other media to replace carbon media how do i keep the carbon media fine without killing the good stuff?

No throw the black carbon away.
Only need to use black carbon for removing meds, you are wasting your money replacing it all the time.
Just fill the space with another sponge.
Black carbon only works for two to seven days.
