hey all, when i look at fish sizes and what they are expected to grow, and then when i see fish at the fish shops, the sizes of the ones in the shop, and their expected sizes are greatly different, as the ones in the fish shop are smaller.
Now obviously this could be attributed to because these fish arnt fully grown yet, however i was curious as to weather all fish grow to there full size or not if i buy them at the fish store. Or some may just remain at a smaller size from what they are expected to grow to.
eg: the expected size for a full grown bala shark (silver shark) is 33 cm, does this mean they will all grow to this size if bred in captivity?
