Well, I have about 3 month old Lab fry. The are all a little over an inch (due to me feeding them some very good locally made fry food). Well, they are to big to eat the powder anymore. I haven't feed it to them in weeks, and they haven't gotten much bigger. I was on aquabid.com and saw some Hi-Growth Formula for juvi's by Angelfish Plus+. They are an extremely reliable dealer. Here is a link to the food:

There was also this, a "Triple Growth Food":

Which do you think is better? Or do you have a better growth food that you feed yours?

I haven't tried either one, I used New Life Spectrum cichlid forumla with good results.

Its it good for growth? Or just once they past the Juvenile stage?

I crushed it up for new fry and once they got big enough fed them whole pellets. I didn't really have anything to compare it too, but my fry seemed to grow fairly quickly. A lot of water changes help too.

I would go with the triple growth, seems to have less grain type fillers. If you want to be sure feel free to call Steve at Angels+, he may have a better idea for Africans as far as growth is concerned. You know he's good if I have his number in my phone!

Thanks! I called and left a message. I explained everything and left my number for them to contact me.
