Well as titile says , how would one grow java fern fast and really bushy ?

I dont know all the anubias species, but there is one that grow and flowers outside the water.

OO,oooo, and for bogwood, what can i do to stop tannins coming out ? I dont want any at all ?

More light and nutrients = more growth for any plant. Java fern will grow fairly quickly with high light (2wpg+), CO2 injection and nutrient-rich water.

Anubias is another story, this is a slow-growing, shade loving plant and is an algae magnet unless you fertilise very carefully. Green spot algae is very common but can be remedied with the use of Potassium phosphate. However as this boosts phosphate levels you need plenty of other fast growing plants to prevent excess levels.

Bogwood can be put in boiling water to speed up the leeching process. Some wood won't leech. You could put it in a bucket (or bath if there's lots) to test it prior to adding tot your tank.
