Green Water!?!

when i came from school today.. my tank's was a slight of a greenish color.. What do i do? Here's some tank info. 15watt for a 20g tank on for 8 hours; a bio wheel filter that came with the 20g; like 20 live plants; a c02 injecter; and ferts. Could it be possible if i accidently overdosed the fert and it became green? IDK help me!

I'll bet it's the fertilizer and it's the first thing I'd change. Can you give any details on what ferts you use? A phosphate test can be really helpful.
