Green tiger barbs help please

Good evening all,

I’m new to the forum and I’m about 2 months into fish keeping.
I’m wondering if there is somebody out there who can help me identify the difference between male and female green barbs.
My understanding is the females are slightly larger and more rounder belly’s.
I believe I have a male and a female that have took a liking to one another and I have got another tank ready to move them into and hopefully get some fry.

Yes thats correct, the females tend to be larger with rounder bellys

Males tend to have a red line at the top of the dorsal fin where females are all black. Males also have the red nose what stands out more
