Green Terror Pimple Problem

My green terror has a zit on the side of his head can anyone help me figure out how to fix the problem? pls T_T thnx. it doesnt seem to affect his behavior for now....

Looks fungal to me. But then I've only been fishkeeping for a few months. Did he/she have a wound over that spot prior? What is your nitrate level?

im not entirely sure if it hurt itself and ill check my water parameters tom the white stuff is gone i duno what happened all thats left is a lump with a red center
