I need help.

I have renovated my 60L tank to a limestone set-up. Thick green algae-sludge coating everything.
Low Nitrates, ammonia etc.
Feed two fish twice a day.
Lighting is for about 9 hours a day, 2x15W bulbs.

I have tried every trick in my book for combating this slime, but it is everywhere - on rocks, leaves, bogwood, filter...even coating the inside of the undergravel filter.
I have done several 25% water changes in the past week.

Does anyone know of a chemical or trick to get rid of this stuff?

try cutting back on the light hours and feeding. Keep pysically removing the algae and eventually it should go away. I advise you not to use chemicals as they may not be good for your fish.
