I've been scooping in the livebearer kiddy pool. And I scooped out one of the males that was developing. He seems to be a simpson variety. Looking at the finnages we call this a simpson swordtail. At this point he's the only one looking like this. So, probably one of the older females might have the simpson gene carrying.

Someone made the remark that it was a King Lyre but King lyretails have a higher dorsal which this one doesn't have. Just his first dorsal finrays are elongated.
 
Nice looking fish, like those fins makes him look impressive.
Well, simpson hifins are a bit different than real lyretails. While lyretails look more artistic and elegant, this version looks more masculine... But that's my vision of course...
