I have read some where that it is impossible to produce a entirely green guppy and i was just wondering is this true?

(please bare in mind that i have never bred any fish before)

yes green lace and doubble, top and bottom swords have been around for many years i first had then 15 years ago.

Some guppies have swords. Nothing that protrudes from the body, but some coloring that makes you think of a sword. I know what I jus said was confusing.

those two bars on the tail is just a colour pattern.however their are some endlers around with swords.

Thats a nother dubble sword.

In guppies ther are areound 15 tail types, all shop fish are delta's, but you get top, bottom and doubble sword, coffer tail, round tail, flag tail, and a few others.

Sorry if i confussed you.

nice looking fish! Good photo too. :good: Thanks for all your replies but i am still a little confused so more posts on this subject would be helpful.

(by the way the orginal question was on green guppies)
