I bought a green cabomba plant today and I was wondering how to take care of it.

After a few weeks............A stout pair of scissors, I'd say

......... In all seriousness it will grow like crazy, and it will be more of a question of keeping it in check. What you can do is cut it just above a side shoot and then with the cutting nip the lower few leaf stalks off and replant your cutting, for even more plant. Takes very little care and asks for nothing, enjoy

Will fish usually nibble on it? My dwarf gourami likes to.

My platys annihilated mine, though I managed to save a couple of stems and regrew it, literally within a couple of weeks :) now they're in the process of eating this one

I wondered about this, I just bought a bunch and noticed my Betta eating it!!!!

I suppose it's because the leaves are so narrow that they can get hold of them and pull them off easily. They do seem to enjoy it.
