Gravel Cleaner

Hello again everyone,

Just a little advice needed on a gravel cleaner please i have a 95ltr tank just some advice of what cleaner to purchase off eBay UK as there is tons on there just need to know the right type.

This or something similar is basically all you need. There are battery operated ones available but I've never tried them. If you end up with a heavily planted tank, doing gravel vacs is more difficult as it's all but impossible to get the vacuum around the plants.

Ebay links aren't allowed on the forum so it's hard to do. I would just search for a simple manual gravel vac. I'm sure there are a lot of them. Brand is probably irrelevent as they all work on a syphon/suction method and are basically identical except for maybe the shape of the nozzle end. I prefer the end like in the photo as the round one won't fit into the corners. With the number of them available, I would be more concerned about the sellers feedback (and price second) and making sure you buy from a reputable seller.

if youcan get python gavel cleaners go for it, but having a tank your size id make sure it was a long one, for example ive got a 45g which is 20 inches tall
my gravelcleaner is about 25 inches tall. which is probably a bit excessive but it makes it easy. good luck
