Is it normal for Dwarf gourami's to be pecking eachother? Help appreciated.

What gender are they?
If they are both males, then maybe, they can be aggressive to other males.
otherwise i don't really know sorry :/

IMO i would sepperate them before it gets worse :/
What other fish are in the tank? and what size is the tank?

Gourami can be very territorial, with each other and with other surface dwelling fish. Dwarfs tend to be more peaceful, but not always. How long have you had them together? If it has only been days, they may still need some time to establish their own pecking order (no pun intended!) otherwise I would see about separating them.
