gouramis has something on its mouth

my pail blue dwalf gouramis has like a ulcer on its mouth that is moving up to its eye can anyone tell me why this is or what it is?

I cannot answer your question, but I will try to find out what it could be. This is not something that normally happens to gouramis.

I suggest you post the question in the emergency section. There it will be viewed by members having more general disease care knowledge and your chances of getting an answer will be much better.
