Gouramis Fighting

I have a 30 gallon tank and three gouramis ( a golden, blue and dwarf) the golden and blue fight eachother and pick on the dwarf.. I believe they are all males. The salesman where I purchased these fish was not very knowledgable and I regret not doing my own research. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to calm these guys down, or any fish I can add to balence them. I also have a polypterus senegalus and a panda cory in there. I removed my Betta after reading the Gouramis are aggressive towards them.

Bring them back and get females, except for the Dwarf. You will continue to have problems if you don't.
