Gouramis Acting Strange, Help

my new powder blue dwarf gouramis brought ich into my tank and after it was treated he has stopped swimming around and just stays in one spot near the surface bloing bubbles, and he is pooing alot and the poo is long, white,stringy and is sticking to his, uh, crotch lol. what does this sound like because i want him normal, he is my favorite fish in the tank.

Long stringy white poo means constipation, bacterial infection, to internal parasites.
What do you feed your fish.
Does he look bloated.
Check his anus to see if its looks red and inflamed or enlarged.
Is she still eating.

Can you also post your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph,.
