Gourami With White Eyes

hi all,
hope someone can please help/advise me , i have a few gouramis in my tank and one of them has white dots bang in the centre of the black bits of its eyes? . the other 2 dont have this and have only noticed this recently? so could someone please tell me what this could be

Is it possible he could have bumped into something. Or could something have tried to peck at his eye?

When you say white dots are they "sticking out"? Do they seem flat?

hi there thks for ur reply , they actually seem to be like white bits ''stuck on '' to the black bits so infact yes they are not flat but protrouding out , also the fish seems a bit paler than the other 3 gouramis that i have
