Gourami With Maybe Parasites?

My firered gourami has been with me for about 1 1/2 months but i have never had a problem w/ him acting unusual. I have always noticed black dots along the top of him and was wondering what they were. Could it be a bacterial infection or parasites I had a bacterial infection in the tank a while ago and took care of it with Macryn.

Can you get a clear pic of him? Sometimes normal pigment colour may show through but it can also be a sign of ammonia burning the skin and now healing. How long has he had the spots and have they increased in number, though it sounds like he has had them all this time then i doubt theres much to worry about.

Look under black spot it should clear on its own.

I have seen a small increase in size but I dont see it effecting him in any way.
