Gourami Illness

Hi, this morning my gourami looked fine, but when i got back from school he looked like his scales had pealed of and looks ill, my other guppy looked like he had been inflated like a baloon and had a red mouth, but that seems to have started to go, and hes eating well. but my gourami doesnt look to good. Ive currently added a dose of waterlife myxazin which is bright green. Hopefully that will help, but here are the pics of him, ( hes a blue dwarf gourami)

tank size?
Other tank mates?
any fish or plants added recently?
anything added to water- like dechlorinator?
how long has your tank been set up?
how long ago did you put fish in and how did you acclimatize?

i know lots of questions, but might help other people to help find out what is wrong

Unfortunately it sounds like a water quality issue. We really can't tell unless you provide mor information about your tank.
