Gourami And Angelfish

i have a gold gourami in a tank with a marble angelfish. the angelfish's fins look a little they've been ripped or nipped at... could the gold gourami be pickin on it.. the gourami is about 3 inches and the angel is about a quarter size minus the fins. perhaps the fins were that way when i bout the fish, i only got it 3 days ago.

It's more than likely the gourami. IME they tend to be nippy.
