Got Tank For Breeding Discus

hi all i need advice,i have just been getting another tank i pick it up tonight,my plan is to take my water out of my well established tank,and put it into the newest tank,and i have a internal that's been running alongside my internal for about 6 weeks,as i was expecting breeding my discus,anyway i will have the water in and the tank up and running by later tonight,when would i be able to add my fish,i don't want to jump in and harm these fish in any way,so any advice would be followed very carefully,thanks in advance for any info,and if a mod could move into right place as i was unsure where to post,,thanks again,,kenny

if you set the new tank up with water and filter from an established tank, you can put fish in straight away.
