Hey all,

I got my trigon finally, and it is now going through a fishless cycle.

I am planning to move over my fish in about a month, but obviously not untill levels are fine. But i am forward thinking and working out what else i want in there.

At the mo i have, 2 blue rams, 5 glow light tetras and a plec. I would like to get some more tetras and also so neon tetras, but i am after advice on what else i can get? I would like to get some angels or Gouramis, but not sure if this is good. I would take any advice on what to get.

Thanks, mike

Angels and tetras as far as I know would be a bad idea.

Think you would have few tetras and a nice fat angel :hyper:

is it the 190 of the 350?

we have the 350 and to be blunt - it dwarft small fish.

we had a group of 10 phantom tetras in there (now down to 7) and they dont get seen they have too many hiding places in the plants :).

we have 7 syno petricolas and 4 indian cats - also dont get seen too often.

if we were to stock it again - we coulf go with bigger fish. - we have started to move up and now have 5 good sized congo tetras with 3 good sized Buenos Aris Tetras. there are a lot better in the tank as they are mid swimmers and about 3-4" in size ;)

if you are going for smaller fish - get LOTS of them :)
one of our local shops has a 'swarm' of approx 200 neons in a planted 350 - it looks fantastic, and a little mad at feeding time
