Got My First Guppys!

i just got 3 male fancy tailed guppys. one orange, one blue, and one yellow. they are all i can afford for now. ill have pics up asap. if anyone has any tips for me plz tell. thanks

I'd suggest you get another 2 if possible. With 3, you'll have the 2 dominant ones ganging up on the less dominant one and possibly bullying him to death. Also, what size tank are these guys in? What other kinds of tips are you looking for? Have you tried reading the pinned topics and FAQs?

shoot, all of em just died . i called the pet shop and i was explained that my filter cant use a sponge that it has to use this other stuf that im going to get tommorrow. then ill let it run empty for a while until next batch i guess.

Guppies are not really hardy enough to cycle (start off) a new tank. If you want guppies only, you should first read up on the pinned topic of fishless cycling.
