Good Quiet Skimmer For 100g Fo

I bought the MCE600 skimmer as i thought i might be buying a juwel tank so needed to fit over the edge but I don't have this problem now, i have a whole side with a 7" gap for what ever equipment i use.

but the deltec is making quite unbareable noises I'ved asked on another forum and the suggestions was just to pad it out but that isn't working so think I might have to change skimmer while mine is still worth something to sell on.

so any suggestions for a hang on side/back skimmer which will handle a heavily stocked 100g FO system?

hmm.. not sure.. i would not say the prizm is a very ifficient skimmer and can be quite noisy also.

Im suprised the padding didnt work, mine is now completely silent after padding the pump

Hi,
I had the MCE600 skimmer, i put it on Ebay. I then got a Deltec AP851 skimmer and put it on a shelf at the side of he tank.
