I have quite an expanse of open gravel in my tank and was wanting something to cover it with which doesnt get high - a specific foreground plant realy.

Hairgrass doesnt realy do anything for me and i've tried riccia in the past. Idealy something nice which looks "thick" and is fast growing.

Anyone know anything along those lines?

Many thanks,
Simon.

Echinodorus tennelus and Sagittaria natans are quite undemanding. They will benefit from a nutrient-rich substrate and 2 WPG light. What light and substrate do you have again?

just over 2 wpg and very small gravel.

Echinodorus tennelus is ok... ive had sagittaria before - didnt realy do much for me either. im quite fussy over plants when i have a lot of the same one.

What is 4 leaf clover like?

micro sword grows pretty quick but might need more light.
