Good Or Bad Co2 Diffuser?

i dont know what to get. I plan on using a DIY 2Liter bottles but need a good diffuser.


thinking of these:

my tank:
75 Gal with few plants
planing on a alota plants for the background.

pics and of how they work would be nice and if it would work for a 2L DIY Co2
