Ahh sorry i dont know of any good online stores for that, i would try aquabid.

I use gunpowder aquatics pretty regularly. They have a wide selection of livestock and plants and are very easy to work with. Customer service is great. Fast shipping with priority USPS. I've never lost a fish through the mail. They pack their fish nicely.

It depends upon what livebearers you want. There are domestic and there are wild varieties. But the best place to find out where to get the fish you might want is the ALA site- aka American Livebearer Association found here http/www.livebearers.org/
 
I used to keep several strains of Xiphophorus montezumae, aka Montezuma sword, which I purchased from a past officer of the ALA. Most of the rare livebearing species are not found in stores- you need to get them from breeders or importers.
