Good Light

My mom said it was ok to upgrade my ligthing on my 29 gallon so I was wondering if anybody knows of good lighting for a 29 gallon that will give me maybe 3-4 wpg so I can grow high light plants.

So if i'm reading that it's 80$ and it stays on 24/7 to simulate day and night, that's pretty sweet if it's true and I'll spend the money since it'l be worth it, with that I would need co2 and would be able to grow most any plant right?

Thanks for that I need to know how much I need to save up for it.

Ok i'll look around for other lights too with 2.24 I should be ok with co2 via nutrafin kit not pressureized right?
