Good ick medicine -- Revised Columnarius

What's a good ick medicine that can be used in a community tank here in the US without harming loaches?

What I thought was ick turned out to be a very rapid fungus so I would suspect columnarius. I don't have much hope for him but I would like to try.

FMG will be ok for use as an ICH cure on loaches

if you can not purchase FMG pre-made you can make your own by combining formalin and malchite green in the following way. Care should always be used when handling chemicals.

3 grams malachite green dissolved in one litre of formalin
(1 fluid ounce = 28.35 grams)

dose at the rate of 1ml per 8 imperial gallons (36.3 ltr)
also the formalin dissipate O2 so added airiation should be used during the treatment.
