Good Community Cichlids?

I may have asked before but i cannot find the thread.

my stocking is as follows in a 48 x 16 x 16 = 201L ... tank temp:79f

5 x bronze corys
3 x peppered corys
15 x bronze cory juvis ( 1 inch ) - 10 will be sold / given away.
2 x clown plecos
1 x bristlenose pleco
1 x Raphael / talking catfish

AqAdviser says

i need some kind of cichlids to roam around the mid - high sections of my tank. ideally they need to be a peaceful cichlid species,although i know most chiclids have a mind of there own and pretty much do what they like.........i was thinking maybe....

rams of some kinds, i like the germans
blue acura
apistogramma
Kribensis (Pelvicachromis pulcher)
Keyholes
Severums
Yellow labs (Labidochromis Caeruleus)

if anyone keeps chiclids within a community environment please let me know what the are kept with and any aggression issues you might have.

Rams and Apistos are good, Keyholes are very good. Kribs are usually good. These guys are more mid-bottom than mid top though. Blue acara can work, a little large but doable. Severums are good, but maybe a little big. I would not do yellow labs since they are unique fish from a large but isolated lake and have needs that are different.

For my 75 gallon (48"x18")I went with Nicaraguensis. The pair exists with 5 synodontis multis and a school of 15 serpae tetras.

For my 20 gallon (30"x12") I went with Blue Rams. They exist with kuhli loaches and white cloud minnows.

thanks reignofcheese, how do the blue rams interact with the white cloud minnows? do they chase them or bully them? my problem is that corys are soft as a brush, the graze close to any fish in the tank. do blue rams get territorial over specific spots in the tank? do they get aggressive at feeding time?
