Goldl Honey Gourami

My Gold gourami has a white spot on its gill like a little bump but none else where. This is the same gourami who has had dropsy for at least 2months now and is still feeding, swimming generally doing well. Ive treated it with Anti internal med when first noticed the dropsy and increased the water changes now i change 10% every other day with good gravel clean twice a week and filter rinse in tank water 1 week. trying to get pics now

Additions two leapord cory dora, two firemouth

All other tank mates the same. The firemouths were brought inmistake and are going back to the shop, they were mislabled.
