I would just do some water changes on main tank.
Its bacterial what the fish has. Bruising bemeath the skin can be septicemia.

Will i need special treatment the stuff i use when changing water says anti-bacterial ?

You need anti internal bacteria med by interpet.
Are you sure you are using the right stuff to declorinate the water.
