Goldfish Emergency

I know it's the wrong forum but it takes a year to get a reply down there. I've got ick in my tank, which my two goldfish are currently being treated for, however one of them has started to dart around the tank really fast. it does this for a while then stops. Is this a symptom of ick?

nope. The whitespot parasite does not normally cause this sort of problem.
Fish panicking and darting madly about the tank can be brought about by poor water quality. It can also be from a virus or bacterial or protozoan infection in the brain. It's usually water quality tho.

Parasites can cause fish to dart but not usually whitespot.
I would test your water.
Have you increased aeration in the tank with the high temp and med.

How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Have you added the correct amount of med and not overdosed, as meds can make fish dart if you have overdosed.
