Golden Nugget Not Looking Too Hot

My golden nugget pleco is not looking too hot I don't think henha been eating, his vibrant gold tail is slightly faded and he is very lethargic. The stats of the tank are okay, low ammonia, low nitrates and nitrites can someone please suggest something, he has thrived in there for over 6 months, my favourite fish I cannot bear to lose hom now.

Can you give a little more information? We need to know the exact numbers of your tests, what size tank, who is in the tank, how often you do water changes and how. Have you done anything different or added anything to the tank?
