Gold Severums And Rotkeils

Hi, I was wondering if gold severums and rotkeils can breed with each other, even in the presence of their own species? This would be unfortunate because although I like both species, the rotkeils cost 5 times+ the amount of golds(Oddly, golds are the only severums easily found here)

Also, is one specie more aggresive than the other? Like rotkeils dominating the golds?

And, gold severums aren't the true "Severum", right? A different, nontheless very attractive fish?
